NOA Dining & Club sits at 62 Tran Phu — the central beach road of Nha Trang. A timber canopy hung with oval cove lights shades a terrace of tropical plants, with arched doorways leading into the indoor space.
Vietnamese and Western breakfast from 7AM, sharing starters, steak, pasta and pizza for dinner; the late-night menu runs on the terrace until 1:30AM. Indoors is NOA Lounge on Monday and Tuesday and the Night Club from Wednesday to Sunday, open until 2AM.
